Mime Makers and Novetos Consulting have started co-operation concerning training and coaching in August 2006

Novetos (founded in 1996) is a team of people that concentrates on helping organisations and individual managers in their challenges. Novetos help them to find their purpose, meeting their goals and being successful.

Novetos specializes in various organisational development areas, such as leadership, values and ethics, well-being at work and social responsibility and have a wide range of experience and expertise in training, coaching, consulting and carrying out research. Novetos supports management and carry out training and coaching in the areas of leadership, self-leadership, change and value processes. In addition, we help to develop performance review systems and all kinds of work groups from senior executives to team level.
